Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure targets are met. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth operations. Train, guide, and motivate production staff to achieve efficiency and productivity goals. Implement and enforce workplace safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Identify process improvements and contribute to cost reduction initiatives. Maintain production reports and documentation for management review. Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
