Senior Engineer – Tendering (Construction & Infrastructure Company)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Engineer – Tendering to manage and execute the tendering process for construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will prepare competitive bids, analyze project requirements, and coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams to secure contracts.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare pre-bid documents, technical proposals, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for construction and infrastructure projects. Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to assess feasibility and risks. Coordinate with project, design, procurement, and finance teams to gather necessary data for tender submissions. Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs accurately. Prepare commercial and technical submissions as per client requirements.
