Job Role: The Team Leader is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales executives to achieve showroom sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain the brand’s image. This role involves supervising day-to-day sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the team in achieving both individual and collective goals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share. Monitor team performance, track sales data, and prepare performance reports for management. Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients, Ensure an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to delivery, Report daily sales performance and key metrics to the Sales Manager.
