Job Role : The Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all showroom sales operations, driving revenue growth, achieving monthly and annual sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves managing the sales team, setting strategic goals, planning promotional activities, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and brand image in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed showroom targets. Forecast monthly and quarterly sales performance and plan resources accordingly. Monitor the sales pipeline, lead management, and conversion ratios, Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of sales executives and team leaders. Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs. Mentor and coach the team to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
