Job Role : The General Manager – Service is responsible for managing the entire service operations of an electric vehicle (EV) showroom and workshop, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role involves leading a team of service professionals, maintaining high service standards, overseeing technical excellence, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and EV-specific service requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations of the electric vehicle service department and workshop.

*Ensure timely and high-quality servicing, maintenance, and repairs of all EV models.

*Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service and quick issue resolution.

*Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up and closure.

*Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve performance goals.

*Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work across the service team.

*Achieve service department targets for revenue, profitability, and customer retention.

*Control operating expenses and improve labor and parts utilization.
