Job Role : As a Clerk  you have to provides professional administrative and governance support to the Trust Board and its committees. This role ensures that meetings are efficiently organised, statutory and regulatory obligations are met, and accurate records and minutes are maintained. The Clerk acts as a key liaison between trustees, management, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare agendas, papers, and supporting documents for board and committee meetings. Attend meetings, record accurate minutes, and ensure timely circulation. Maintain trustee records, attendance logs, and declarations of interest. Advise the Board on procedural, governance, and statutory matters. Manage correspondence and act as the primary point of contact for trustees. Ensure compliance with trust policies, legislation, and statutory requirements. Support trustee induction, training, and ongoing development.
