Senior Engineer
Job Role : Senior Engineer leads complex engineering projects, provides technical expertise, and guides junior engineers to ensure high-quality design, development, and execution. This role involves problem-solving, planning, reviewing technical work, and collaborating across teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet project and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee engineering projects from planning to execution. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior engineers. Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation. Analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose practical engineering solutions. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, procurement, and management. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analyses for new projects. Monitor project progress, timelines, and budget adherence.
