Job Role : Accountant / Store Keeper is responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and handling inventory and store operations. This dual-role position ensures smooth accounting functions while efficiently monitoring stock levels, receipts, and material issuance.

Key Responsibilities : 
*Accounting Responsibilities:
Maintain daily financial records, ledgers, and bookkeeping. Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoices. Prepare bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment documentation. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Assist in preparing financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

*Store Keeping Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of materials and products. Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock. Issue materials based on approved requisitions. Organize and label items properly in the store. Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits. Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers, purchase, and production teams.
