Key Responsibilities : Maintain and update student, faculty, and administrative records. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries. Assist in preparing reports, notices, and official documents. Manage office files, registers, and documentation. Support admission, examination, and other academic processes. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings. Ensure smooth daily office operations and provide general administrative support.
