CNC Programmer / Supervisor & Draftsman
Job Role : This role combines three key functions: CNC programming, shop supervision, and technical drafting. The person in this position will be responsible for creating CNC programs, overseeing day-to-day machining operations, and preparing accurate technical drawings for production.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and edit CNC programs for milling, turning, and other machines. Interpret engineering drawings and convert them into accurate tool paths. Select tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies, Lead and supervise CNC operators and production staff. Assign daily tasks and ensure production targets are met. Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot issues. Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed. Coordinate with management on job planning, workflow, and scheduling, Prepare 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software. Convert sketches and concepts into detailed manufacturing drawings. Prepare BOMs and technical documentation for production. Update and revise drawings as needed based on changes or feedback.

Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOMs. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
