Sales Representative
Job Role : The Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products or services, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base.
Key Responsibilities : Identify, approach, and engage potential customers to generate sales. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Present, demonstrate, and explain products or services to customers. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and sales events as required. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
