Job Role : Assistant Marketing Manager will support the hospital’s marketing and promotional activities to increase patient engagement, enhance brand visibility, and drive growth of eye care services. This role involves assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline marketing channels, coordinating events and community outreach programs, analyzing market trends, and supporting the overall marketing strategy under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Manage social media, website content, and digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate events, health camps, and awareness programs. Support advertising, promotions, and content creation. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Track marketing performance metrics and prepare reports. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution.
