Job Role :  The Senior Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the cooperative credit society, ensuring financial growth, operational efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high-quality customer service. They act as a bridge between the board of directors and operational teams, driving strategy and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :Develop and implement strategies to grow deposits, loans, and overall business. Oversee credit approvals, risk assessment, and recovery processes. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and profitability. Ensure smooth operations and efficient branch management. Implement and maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies. Lead, mentor, and manage branch and departmental teams. Maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, board members, and clients
