Job Role : Workshop Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the automobile service workshop. This role ensures customers receive professional advice, accurate service estimates, and timely updates regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs. The Workshop Advisor helps build trust, enhance customer satisfaction, and support the smooth operation of the workshop.

Key Responsibility : Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements. Assess vehicle conditions and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or maintenance. Prepare service estimates, work orders, and invoices in coordination with the workshop team. Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Update customers on service progress, delays, and completion timelines. Ensure all service records, warranties, and documentation are properly maintained. Address customer complaints professionally and work to resolve issues promptly. Promote additional services or vehicle accessories where appropriate. Maintain knowledge of latest automobile models, features, and service procedures.
