Counsellor / Administrator
Job Role : Counsellor/Administrator plays a dual role in guiding prospective students through academic and career decisions while managing day-to-day administrative operations of the college. This role supports admissions, student services, academic departments, and training activities to ensure smooth functioning of all bakery and culinary programs.
Key Responsibilities :Provide guidance to students on bakery, pastry, culinary and hospitality programs. Conduct admissions counselling through calls, walk-ins, emails, and online enquiries. Explain course details, curriculum, fees, career outcomes, internship opportunities, and campus facilities. Assist students in completing application forms, documentation, and enrolment procedures. Maintain follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions. Manage front-office operations including handling phone calls, visitor inquiries, and scheduling. Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation. Coordinate with faculty regarding class schedules, examinations, and practical lab sessions. Assist with fee collection, receipts, and financial record-keeping (in coordination with accounts).
