Job Role : Librarian is responsible for managing library resources, assisting users in locating information, maintaining cataloging systems, and ensuring a quiet, organized environment that supports learning, research, and reading.

Key Responsibilities : Organize, catalog, and maintain books, journals, digital resources, and other library materials. Assist students, faculty, and visitors in locating and accessing library resources. Manage circulation services, including issuing, returning, and renewing materials. Maintain an up-to-date library catalog and database. Develop and enforce library policies and rules. Plan and conduct literacy programs, reading sessions, and orientation activities. Monitor library usage and ensure a quiet, conducive environment for study. Manage inventory, track damaged/missing books, and handle procurement of new materials. Provide guidance on research methods, information retrieval, and digital resources.
