HR Manager
Job Role : HR Manager oversees all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. This role ensures the company attracts, develops, and retains talent while maintaining a productive and positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibility : Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with company objectives. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Oversee employee performance management, appraisals, promotions, and career development plans. Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll, and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Plan and coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives. Advise management on HR-related issues, workforce planning, and organizational development. Monitor HR metrics (attrition rate, retention, performance) and prepare reports for management. Foster a positive work environment that encourages productivity, collaboration, and innovation.
