Job Role : Customer Advisor is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent customer experience while supporting showroom sales targets.

Key Responsibility : Welcome and assist customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences. Provide detailed information on vehicle models, features, pricing, and financing options. Arrange test drives and demonstrate vehicle functionalities. Guide customers through purchase, financing, and documentation processes. Follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales and repeat business. Record customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or showroom systems. Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Stay updated on new vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Support showroom marketing and promotional activities.
