Job Role :Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. This role coordinates workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and construction plans.

Key Responsibility : Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Ensure work is performed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Monitor site progress and report daily activities, issues, and delays to the Project Manager. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards. Manage materials: request, receive, and track inventory to avoid shortages or wastage. Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, or technical problems promptly. Ensure proper installation and use of tools, equipment, and machinery. Maintain site records including attendance, work progress, safety incidents, and material usage. Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders. Enforce health and safety protocols and ensure workers follow PPE and safety procedures. Plan and allocate daily tasks to workers to optimize productivity. Assist in ensuring project deadlines and cost targets are met.
