Job Role : Accountant will manage financial transactions, project cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting for construction projects. This role ensures accurate accounting records, supports project teams with financial insights, and helps maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibility : Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare and update project budgets, cost sheets, and financial reports. Track construction project expenses, materials consumption, and labor costs. Prepare client invoices and verify subcontractor and supplier bills. Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and project-related ledgers. Monitor project cost variances and report discrepancies to management. Maintain documentation for audits, taxation, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for financial data. Ensure timely payments, collections, and proper cash-flow management. Use accounting software and Excel to analyze and present financial data.
