Assistant Professor – Finance
Job Role :Assistant Professor in Finance is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to academic administration. The role includes delivering high-quality instruction, developing curriculum, and participating in departmental and institutional activities.
Key Responsibility : Teach finance-related courses such as Corporate Finance, Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Banking, and Financial Markets. Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources. Conduct academic research, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present at conferences. Guide students with academic projects, dissertations, and career-related queries. Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and class participation. Participate in curriculum development and program enhancement initiatives. Engage in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities. Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, financial theories, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with colleagues on research, seminars, and academic events. Provide mentoring, academic advising, and support to students.
