Job Role : Admin & Student Coordinator is responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting student-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication between students, faculty, and management. This role ensures efficient operations and a positive student experience on campus.

Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, documentation, and office coordination. Assist students with admissions, registration, fee queries, ID cards, and certificates. Maintain student records, attendance logs, and academic documentation. Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and exam arrangements. Handle student inquiries and provide guidance on institutional processes. Support faculty with classroom arrangements, communication, and academic updates. Organize student-related events, orientation programs, and co-curricular activities. Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff. Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update student information systems. Manage correspondence, notices, circulars, and other official communication. Assist with discipline management, student welfare, and grievance handling. Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.
