Store Keeper
Job Role : Store Keeper is responsible for managing and maintaining all inventory related to agricultural inputs, equipment, spare parts, finished goods, and technology devices. This role ensures accurate stock records, proper storage, timely material issuance, and smooth coordination between procurement, production, and logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities : Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, equipment, and supplies. Maintain accurate stock records for agro inputs, tools, machinery parts, and tech equipment. Organize and store items safely and systematically in the warehouse/store. Issue materials to production, field teams, and technical staff as per approved requests. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or slow-moving items to management. Ensure proper tagging, labeling, and documentation of all items. Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for perishable or sensitive agricultural materials. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area. Coordinate with procurement and logistics for material planning and replenishment. Assist in implementing ERP or inventory management systems.
