Job Role : Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets by generating business, supervising sales staff, managing customer relationships, conducting site visits, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The role involves strategy planning, team coordination, lead conversion, and assisting in closing high-value real estate deals. 

Key Responsibilities : 
Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.
Supervise, guide, and support the sales team to improve lead conversions.
Conduct client meetings and site visits to present project features and value.
Identify customer needs and propose suitable property solutions.
Manage key client relationships and handle negotiations for high-value deals.
Follow up on leads generated by marketing and pre-sales teams. Oversee documentation, booking processes, and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams for seamless customer experience.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
