Job Role :  Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance operations of residential/commercial projects, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, smooth facility functioning, and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing technicians, planning preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and maintaining the overall quality of delivered properties.

Key Responsibilities : 
Manage and supervise maintenance activities (civil, electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
Ensure timely resolution of customer maintenance complaints.
Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
Inspect buildings, common areas, and equipment to ensure proper functioning.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and facility teams for repair works.
Monitor AMC contracts and service-level performance.
Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
Manage budgets, materials, tools, and spare parts inventory.
