Job Role :  Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children aged 3–6 years, fostering their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate, play-based learning. The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, plans and delivers engaging lessons, observes and assesses each child’s progress, and collaborates with parents and colleagues to ensure holistic development.

Key Responsibilities :  

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Foster children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
  • Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and milestones.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s growth and needs.
  • Encourage good behavior, cooperation, and social skills among children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and child protection guidelines.
