Melting Supervisor
Job Role : Melting Supervisor manages all melting operations in a foundry or metal production facility, ensuring proper furnace operation, metal quality, safety compliance, and efficient workflow while supervising the melting team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily melting operations and furnace management.
- Monitor metal temperature, composition, and quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with production and casting teams.
- Maintain records of production, temperatures, and quality tests.
- Train and guide melting operators and staff.
- Troubleshoot furnace or process issues promptly.
- Optimize productivity and minimize material wastage.
