Senior Maintenance Engineer
Job Role : Senior Maintenance Engineer oversees all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and machinery operate efficiently and safely, implements preventive maintenance programs, and leads the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
Key Responsbilities :
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians and staff.
- Troubleshoot equipment and machinery failures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Maintain maintenance records and reports.
- Optimize maintenance processes to reduce downtime and costs.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams for maintenance planning.
