Job Role :  HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resources functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, to ensure a motivated, efficient, and well-organized workforce in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Recruit, interview, and hire showroom staff and sales teams.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee performance appraisals and career development.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Maintain HR records and documentation.
  • Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
