Sr. Engineer
Job Role : Senior Engineer oversees planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality compliance, and timely delivery. They act as a key link between project managers, site teams, contractors, and clients, providing engineering guidance and resolving on-site technical issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily site execution to ensure work meets design, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project plans.
- Monitor project progress and report deviations from schedule or budget.
- Ensure quality control and conduct site inspections to maintain compliance.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and material requests.
- Support project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks on-site.
