Job Role : Service Advisor acts as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently, customer expectations are met, and service sales are maximized. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and technical knowledge. 

Key Responsibilities :
Greet customers, understand vehicle issues, and recommend appropriate services.
Prepare service estimates, quotations, and invoices accurately.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs with the workshop team.
Communicate service updates and explain technical issues to customers clearly.
Upsell additional services, parts, and maintenance packages.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely payment.
Maintain service records and report daily workshop activities.
