Job Role :  Floor Supervisor manages the showroom floor, oversees sales and customer service activities, ensures proper vehicle display, and coordinates the sales team to achieve targets. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and customer engagement. 

Key Responsibilities : 
Supervise day-to-day showroom floor operations and staff activities.
Ensure proper vehicle display, showroom cleanliness, and organization.
Monitor sales team performance and assist in achieving targets.
Support sales staff in handling customer queries and negotiations.
Coordinate with service, inventory, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Train and mentor new staff on showroom procedures and customer handling.
Maintain reports on daily sales, customer visits, and showroom activities.
