Sales Officer
Job Role :Sales Officer is responsible for promoting housing finance products, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and financial knowledge.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads for housing loans and finance products.
- Meet prospective clients, explain products, and address queries.
- Assist clients in completing loan applications and documentation.
- Follow up on loan approvals, disbursement, and customer feedback.
- Maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and developers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and pipeline status.
