Job Role : Branch Manager oversees the overall operations of the branch, ensures high-quality customer service, drives business growth, manages staff performance, and ensures compliance with banking regulations and the co-operative values of transparency, member focus, and community development.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage daily branch operations and ensure compliance with banking policies.
Drive business growth through deposits, loans, and member outreach.
Lead, train, and supervise branch staff to achieve performance goals.
Evaluate and approve credit proposals within delegated authority.
Monitor loan portfolio quality and support recovery efforts.
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex member issues.
Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare timely branch reports.
Promote digital banking and improve customer adoption of services.
