Admission Coordinator
Job Role : Admission Coordinator manages the end-to-end admission process, supports prospective students, maintains application records, and ensures smooth coordination between applicants, counsellors, and administrative departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate the entire admission process from inquiry to enrollment.
- Maintain and update student application records, databases, and documentation.
- Assist prospective students with forms, eligibility checks, and admission procedures.
- Schedule counseling sessions, interviews, entrance tests, and campus visits.
- Communicate admission updates, deadlines, and requirements to students and parents.
- Collaborate with admission counsellors, academic teams, and the admin office for seamless operations.
- Support admission events, open houses, and outreach activities.
- Generate admission reports and track progress toward enrollment targets.
