Job Role : Placement Coordinator manages all placement-related activities, builds industry connections, prepares students for recruitment, and ensures successful job opportunities for graduates. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Coordinate campus placement activities and ensure smooth recruitment drives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR partners, and industry networks.
  • Prepare and guide students for interviews, resumes, group discussions, and aptitude tests.
  • Collect and maintain student data, placement records, and company feedback.
  • Communicate placement opportunities, schedules, and requirements to students.
  • Organize placement training sessions, workshops, and career counseling events.
  • Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and recruiters.
  • Track placement performance and generate reports for management.
