Job Role :  Service Advisor acts as the key point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth communication, high customer satisfaction, and efficient servicing of vehicles in the showroom.

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments and vehicle deliveries.
  • Provide accurate estimates for labor, parts, and service costs.
  • Liaise with technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
  • Keep customers informed about service progress, delays, and completion.
  • Upsell additional services, maintenance packages, or genuine spare parts.
  • Maintain detailed service records, invoices, and customer feedback.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with showroom policies, safety standards, and warranty guidelines.
