Job Role : Telecaller Executive is responsible for generating leads, contacting prospective clients, promoting equipment products, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and supporting overall sales growth through effective telecommunication. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
  • Promote company equipment products, explain features, and generate interest.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
  • Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into sales.
  • Support marketing campaigns by calling targeted client lists and providing feedback.
  • Handle client queries and provide accurate information about products and pricing.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends during calls.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and telemarketing guidelines.
