    • The company has been paying me a monthly honorarium of 18,000 /- and today, starting from today, Company is giving me the opportunity to work in the position of Cattle Feed Sales Executive
    • For my above-mentioned basic honorarium, the company has given me a monthly sales target of 7,75,000 which I will definitely achieve.
    • Upon joining the job, my probation period in the company will be for three months, starting from today.
    • If I do not complete the monthly sales target of ₹ 7,75,000 given by the company, and according to the company's rules, if the company's total sales target of 23,25,000 is not achieved based on the average of my three-month sales target, then I will have no objection to the company deducting 1% of my salary according to the company's take-back policy for the shortfall in the target.
    • After my probation period, the further joining process will be conducted after analysis by the company or a company employee.
    • I am aware that if the company is not satisfied with my work, or if my work style is not suitable for the company, or if I do not complete the targets given to me properly, or if it appears that they will not be completed within the given three months, the company can terminate my employment without any notice, and I will not be entitled to any compensation for the work I have done during that period.
    • Once I join the company, I will have to compulsorily complete the initial three-month probation period. After that, if I want to leave the job, I will have to formally inform the company with a one-month notice period before leaving. Failure to do so may result in legal action by the company.
    • If I leave the job directly without serving the notice period, the company will take legal action against me, and I will be liable to pay my full previous salary to the company.
    • I understand and agree that if I unilaterally decide to leave the job without providing prior intimation to the company, I will not be entitled to receive any compensation or salary for the work done during that period, regardless of the reason.
    • I understand and agree that if I wish to resign from my position, I must provide the company with a notice period of at least 30 days. If I fail to give such notice and leave the job abruptly without informing the company or without completing the exit formalities, I will not be entitled to receive the salary for the previous month as well as for the days worked in the current month. I also acknowledge that only upon proper completion of the 30-day notice period will the company process my clearance report and release my pending payments.

    Terms And Conditions:
    • You have been given a three-month take period at the time of joining the job. Also, if you complete three months as per each quarterly plan and then leave the job, your calculation will be done based on the three-month average. If your notice period does not complete three months, then only the payment will be made based on the monthly target average for the number of months completed.
    • When you want to leave the job, you will have to submit your resignation letter formally in writing or via email and fill out the exit form on the last day after completing the notice period. Along with that, you will have to delete the application given on your mobile and, if necessary, various email ID accounts in front of the company manager and show them. Only then will you be relieved from the company.
    • If I do not complete the target given to me, I will be solely responsible for it, and I have no objection if the company deducts payment according to their rules.
    • In the first month of joining, it is mandatory for me to complete at least 50% of the given target, and I was informed about this at the time of joining. If I do not complete this target, I agree that the company will deduct my payment according to their rules. Simply coming to the office and sitting or roaming in the field will not result in payment. In simple terms, payment is not given just for trying.
    • If I take leave from the company for my personal reasons, and if I continue to be on leave without informing beyond the leave I had requested, or if I do not report to work for more than seven days without informing, then all my services will be terminated by the company or management.
    • If the company incurs any loss due to me, the company management has the full right to deduct the company's losses from my payment.
    • The regular office time for the company will be from 10 am to 6 pm, and Sunday will be a holiday.
    • Reporting daily within the above-mentioned time is necessary.
    • I will not be entitled to any paid leave during my entire three-month period.
    • If the probation period is completed as mentioned above, then you will be given an experience certificate and salary slip sixty days after you leave the job. If it is noticed that there is any issue or complaint regarding that employee, then both the above-mentioned things will be withheld, and the documents will be given only after verification of all matters.
    • However, if during the above period any (mishap/irregularity) or non-compliance with the rules comes to light, then all these points will be mentioned when issuing your experience certificate.
    • You are not permitted to collect cash from the customer for any reason whatsoever, or to have them deposit money into your personal account.
    • For this work, you will not have fixed office timings, and you will not be required to report to the office daily. Your basic reporting at 10 am will be via phone and WhatsApp, and you will send the closing report at 6 pm via phone and WhatsApp.
    • The report of meetings held after 6 pm will be updated the next morning.
    • Once a week, you will have to come together for an in-person meeting, or a live meeting if you are out of the district.
    • Company will not be responsible for providing any kind of compensation, reimbursement, or expenses in case of any injury, accident, or death while on duty.
    • Also, Company will have no connection with any disputes, legal proceedings, or any other illegal activities that may have occurred in your private, personal, or professional life in the past, are ongoing in the present, or may occur in the future.
    • If you take a loan or amount from any financial institution, private organization, individual, or moneylender for any reason, the company is not obligated to repay it. The company has no direct connection with such transactions.
    • You will not have the right to independently provide or implement parallel services or facilities, or initiatives similar to those provided by the company. You cannot independently organize any training or programs, or provide any services or facilities without informing the company.
    • Also, you cannot work in any capacity or undertake any initiative with any other organization or company that provides shared services and facilities.
    • If any customer has any difficulty regarding the company's product or service, the company itself will be responsible for resolving it. If you are unable to resolve such a difficulty, and unfortunately, a legal dispute arises, the company will be fully responsible. However, if any financial manipulation or giving separate prior commitments to the customer and fulfilling them has been done by the Employee, and if the Employee is involved in this entire process, then the Employee will also be a defendant in the legal process. This legal dispute with the customer will be within the jurisdiction of the Pune court.
    • Information, rules, terms and conditions, other necessary confidential information, procedures, information of incoming customers, their private information, their documents and photos submitted to the employee from time to time, as well as other documents, emails, information of other accounts, Email, WhatsApp related to Company, published by company from time to time, shall not be exchanged with any other third party, organization, or company under any circumstances, directly, through verbal discussion, or through other means. If this is found to have occurred, legal action will be taken.
    - If you do not communicate properly with the management, seniors, or other colleagues while on the job, or if you communicate in any abusive, impolite, arrogant language that may cause resentment or bad feelings in the other person's mind.
    - We have created a WhatsApp group only for reporting and initial communication. For your personal work, payment, or other matters, you are expected to communicate only via email. Failure to comply with this rule.
    - If, while on the job or after leaving the job, you make inflammatory statements to other employees, create unwarranted misunderstandings about the company among other employees, or engage in any discussion that would cause financial or reputational damage to the company in general, technical, or external terms.
    If any of the above is violated by you, then the company may take action against you. If you do anything that defames the company in any way while on the job or after leaving the job, or if you create misunderstandings about the company among customers, or if you comment, review, post, video, or in any other way on social media platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, or engage in any discussion or action in public or private that defames or creates confusion about the company, the company may take legal action against you and file a defamation claim against you.
    • Your payment is usually around the tenth of every month. No advance or petrol expenses are given in any form beforehand.
    • If targets are not met or do not appear to be met, and you are not seen making positive efforts to achieve the targets, or if you are not seen working according to the rules and terms and conditions given by the company in a proper manner, then in such a situation, the company may hold your payment.
    • It is extremely important to enter every customer you meet into the Whatsapp Group. keep updating all information about discussions with clients and follow-ups in the Whatsapp Group from time to time.
    • When offering any product to a client, you will not be permitted to give any additional information or service commitments beyond the product provided by the company and the accompanying facilities.
    Your current work area will be the entire district. If you need to go outside the district, then depending on
    the situation, you will be provided with petrol allowance.
    If it is noticed that the employee has provided other different information or any other commitments while selling the product or service, then the process will be stopped, and the further process will only begin after all matters are cleared through a joint discussion between the Sales Executive , the customer, and the
    company representative.
    I will receive a petrol allowance of ₹3 per kilometre. No other maintenance charges or daily allowance will be provided.
    This petrol allowance will only be considered from office location to office location.
    When an office location is not available in an employee's local area, the company assigns a fixed reporting location nearby. Petrol allowance is calculated based on travel from this assigned location to the contact locations visited.
    This assigned location and related formalities are determined by the company and communicated to the employee.
    It is clearly stated that petrol allowance will not be provided from the employee’s residential or living location.
    All Whatsapp Group entries and daily work activities must begin strictly from this designated location.
    For this, I will have to provide a full report of exactly where I visited each day in an Excel sheet, as well as keep all entries in the Whatsapp Group and GPS turned on.
    A maximum of 50 kilometres per day, meaning a maximum of ₹150 per day, will be considered for petrol allowance, and this amount will be paid along with my honorarium based on the number of days I have worked in the month. If there is a need to go somewhere outside with prior permission, additional payment allowance or bus fare will be paid in exceptional cases, depending on the situation.

    Job Profile:
    Visit dairy farmers, cattle owners, and feed distributors to promote and sell Govarna Cattle Feed products. Minimum of fifteen client visits per day is mandatory.
    Only assigned clients or target categories should be visited. Visits outside assigned categories will not be counted.
    Orders, product packages, and promotions must be approved by the company before offering to clients.
    Customer disputes arising from unauthorized promises will be the responsibility of the employee.
    All daily sales, visits, and whatsapp group updates must be submitted accurately with GPS tracking if applicable.


    I understand that the company has the complete right to change or cancel any rule as needed without any prior permission, or to create rules and conditions when necessary.
    I agree that if any violation of the given rules and conditions is found, the company will take legal action against me.
    Legal disputes will be within the Jurisdiction of the Pune Court.
    I was informed of all the above rules and conditions before joining the job, and I accept all the above rules and conditions.
