Job Role :  Service Advisor serves as the primary contact between customers and the service department, identifying vehicle issues, recommending appropriate services, coordinating repairs with technicians, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities : 
Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
Document customer concerns and create accurate repair orders.
Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services clearly.
Provide cost estimates, timelines, and obtain customer approvals.
Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair updates.
Keep customers informed about vehicle status and unexpected changes.
Review completed work, ensure quality, and explain services performed.
Process payments, close repair orders, and ensure proper documentation.
Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow.
Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and dealership programs.
