Liaisoning Officer
Job Role: Liaisoning Officer is responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination between the company and external agencies, including government departments, regulatory bodies, vendors, and other stakeholders. The role ensures timely approvals, documentation, compliance, and smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain regular communication with government authorities and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate timely approvals, licenses, NOCs, and compliance documents.
- Handle submission, follow-up, and collection of official documents.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with officials and agencies.
- Ensure the company complies with local laws and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required documents and information.
- Manage records of permissions, notices, communication, and correspondence.
- Support management in resolving external issues and operational challenges.
- Attend meetings, inspections, and follow-ups with authorities.
- Prepare reports, updates, and status summaries for management review.
