Job Role :  Data Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing patient data, test information, billing records, and reports in the diagnostic centre’s software system. The role ensures smooth data flow between departments and supports timely report generation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter patient information, test details, and billing data accurately into the system.
• Upload and manage lab and radiology reports in the software/database.
• Ensure timely delivery of printed or digital reports to patients and doctors.
• Verify and update patient records to maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with lab technicians, radiologists, and reception staff for report status.
• Handle scanning, uploading, and organizing of medical documents.
• Maintain daily logs of completed tests, pending reports, and data issues.
• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
• Troubleshoot basic software or data-entry issues and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure strict compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and centre protocols.
