Software Operator
Job Role : Software Operator is responsible for managing day-to-day shop operations using retail software systems to ensure accurate billing, inventory control, and sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate billing/POS software for sales, returns, and exchanges
Maintain and update inventory (stock in/out, sizes, colors, barcodes)
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Manage customer data and loyalty records
Coordinate with staff for pricing, discounts, and promotions in the system
Ensure accuracy of invoices, receipts, and tax entries (GST/VAT, if applicable)
Perform basic troubleshooting of software issues and coordinate with IT/support
Backup data and maintain system security and confidentiality
