Job Role : Admin / Logistics Executive is responsible for handling administrative tasks and coordinating logistics operations to ensure smooth office functioning and timely movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle daily office administration and record maintenance
- Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and transportation of goods
- Prepare and verify logistics documents (invoice, challan, e-way bill)
- Liaise with transporters, vendors, and internal departments
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain logistics, dispatch, and freight records
- Manage office supplies and service providers
- Resolve delivery and administrative issues efficiently
