Job Role :  Sales Engineer combines technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support on a company’s products, ensuring customer requirements are met while achieving sales targets. This role is common in manufacturing, industrial, IT, and engineering product companies. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals
  • Collaborate with engineering/production teams to customize products for clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Maintain and update records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts
  • Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
