Branch Manager \ Officers
Job Role :Branch Manager or Officer in a cooperative bank is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, achieving business targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including cash management, teller operations, and customer service
Achieve business targets for deposits, loans, and other banking products
Supervise and guide branch staff, ensuring productivity and compliance
Review and approve loans, advances, and credit proposals as per bank policies
Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and implement strategies for growth
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, KYC, AML, and internal policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational or service-related issues
Coordinate with head office and other departments for smooth operations
Conduct branch audits and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Promote banking products and services to increase customer base
