Music Teacher
Job Role : Music Teacher is responsible for teaching students various aspects of music, including theory, vocal and instrumental skills, and performance techniques, while fostering creativity and appreciation for the art form.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and deliver engaging music lessons according to the curriculum
- Teach vocal, instrumental, and theoretical aspects of music
- Encourage creativity, rhythm, and musical expression in students
- Organize and conduct music-related activities, concerts, and competitions
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through performances, assignments, and exams
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Provide individual guidance for students with special musical talent
- Collaborate with other teachers for school events and inter-disciplinary projects
- Maintain records of attendance, performance, and progress reports
- Keep updated with new teaching methods, instruments, and music technologies
