Job Role :  Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting, selling, and providing technical solutions related to electronic automation products and systems. They bridge the gap between customer requirements and the technical capabilities of products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. 

Key Responsibilities : 

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the automation sector
  • Promote and sell electronic automation products and solutions
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Assist clients in system design, application, and integration
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Coordinate with engineering and production teams for customized solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and handle inquiries
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Provide after-sales support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
