Store Keeper
Job Role : Store Keeper is responsible for managing the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment used in construction and real estate projects. They ensure proper stock control, timely supply to sites, and maintenance of records.
Key Responsibilities :
Receive, inspect, and store construction materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
Issue materials and equipment to construction sites as per requisitions
Ensure proper storage conditions and organization of warehouse
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely supply of materials
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing materials, invoices, and receipts
Ensure compliance with safety and handling standards in the store
Manage disposal of scrap or obsolete materials
Assist in preparing reports related to stock, consumption, and material usage
Support smooth operations of the warehouse and construction sites
