Job Role  :  Sales Organizer is responsible for driving sales, managing distribution channels, and ensuring the availability and visibility of cattle feed products in the assigned territory. The role involves coordinating with dealers, retailers, and farmers to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities : 
Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets.
Plan and organize sales activities to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and channel partners.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
Conduct market surveys to understand competitor activities and market trends.
Organize product promotions, demonstrations, and farmer awareness programs.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
